These Terms & Conditions govern the mobile television mounting and audio-visual installation services provided by Smart TV Installers across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. By booking an appointment, requesting an estimate, or using smarttvinstallers.net, you agree to these terms.
Smart TV Installers provides professional mobile installation services, including standard TV wall mounting, specialty Samsung Frame TV installation, above-fireplace mounting, surface and in-wall cable concealment, soundbar wall mounting, tabletop TV setup, TV uninstallation, mounting bracket supply, retailer TV pickup and delivery, and old TV haul-away.
Appointments are confirmed when booking confirmation is displayed on our website or communicated directly by phone, text message, or email. If an unexpected scheduling conflict or route issue occurs, Smart TV Installers will contact you promptly to arrange the closest available appointment time.
Service estimates and booking prices depend on your selected services, television sizes, quantities, and requested add-ons. Any additional charges resulting from customer-requested scope changes, specialty wall materials, or undisclosed site conditions must be explained and approved by you before additional work continues.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and equipment details, safe access to the service location, necessary property owner or building management permissions, clear parking and entry instructions, an unobstructed workspace, and compatible televisions and accessories.
Successful installation depends on wall construction, framing, fireplace conditions, electrical wiring, plumbing, cable pathways, and safe working conditions. Smart TV Installers reserves the right to modify the installation approach or decline unsafe or structurally unsuitable work.
Smart TV Installers is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing hardware or cables, incompatible third-party brackets, pre-existing equipment damage, software or firmware errors, internet connectivity failures, or user account and password setup issues.
We ask that customers provide reasonable advance notice if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Smart TV Installers does not charge cancellation fees or nonrefundable deposits unless specifically disclosed and accepted by the customer prior to booking.
No payment is collected online at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Cash App, Square, or another communicated electronic payment method.
We guarantee our original mounting workmanship for as long as you own the installed television. This guarantee covers physical mounting labor and attachment integrity provided by Smart TV Installers. It excludes product or bracket defects, pre-existing wall or structural flaws, physical accidents, misuse, water or heat damage, building movement, customer modifications, or work altered by another service provider. This guarantee does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Smart TV Installers is responsible for physical property damage directly caused by a failure to perform authorized work with reasonable professional care. We are not responsible for pre-existing property defects, structural weaknesses, or concealed wall hazards that could not reasonably be identified beforehand.
Except as required by applicable law, Smart TV Installers is liable only for direct damages resulting from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury or non-waivable statutory consumer protections.
By submitting an inquiry or booking request, you authorize Smart TV Installers to contact you via telephone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails regarding your estimate, appointment scheduling, arrival updates, invoice, and follow-up support. Standard message and data rates may apply. Unrelated promotional marketing is not authorized without separate consent.
You agree to use smarttvinstallers.net only for lawful purposes. Unlawful activity, fraudulent bookings, unauthorized system access, and commercial copying or reproduction of original website text, design, or branding without permission are strictly prohibited.
Our website and business operations may utilize third-party tools, payment processors, maps, or platforms. Third-party platforms operate under their own independent terms of service, warranties, and privacy policies.
Your personal information is collected, handled, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles, while preserving mandatory consumer rights that apply in the jurisdiction where services are performed.
Smart TV Installers may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page and apply prospectively to future bookings and website use.
